Registration Fee
The Registration Fee for this meeting is $495 and can be paid online via PayPal.
The Registration Fee covers the following:
- All meals, receptions and breaks at the James Hotel, from dinner on Monday, April 4 through lunch on Thursday, April 6; and
- Associated workshop costs.
